How do I place an order at Gratch International?

Ordering on Gratch.com is very easy:
1. Go to the desired article
2. Choose the desired quantity
3. Click add to cart
4. Check and complete your order by accepting our terms and conditions and paying for the order
5. After checkout, the order is final and we ensure that the order is sent

When will an order be delivered?

We ship our products with different carriers, depending on size, weight and destination. Normally orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days.

Can an order that has already been placed be changed?

Once the order has been processed and collected by the carrier, it is no longer possible to retrieve or change an order. You can return your product (with the exception of specially made products).

Was my order successful?

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail within one working day, always first check the “junk e-mail” folder. Can’t find a confirmation email here either? Log in to your account to check your order history.
– Is your order in your Order History? Please contact us to report you have not received a confirmation email.
– Is your order not in your Order History? Your order has unfortunately not been completed correctly. We ask you to place your order again.
