What are the shipping costs?
Packages are delivered FREE of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with a minimum order value of € 100.00 excl. VAT. Free shipping applies to almost all other countries with an order value of € 500.00 excl. VAT. Orders with an order value below € 100,00 or € 500.00, we charge shipping costs depending on order size and destination. This concerns DDU deliveries.
What is the delivery time of a shipment?
The delivery time of a shipment within Europe varies between 1 and 10 working days, but can be influenced by the handling time at customs (non-EU countries). The chart below shows the delivery time per country in Europe in working days.

Gratch International chooses the right transport partner depending on dimensions, weight, destination and crowds. This can be a different carrier for every order.

How will my order be packed?
Our products are of the highest quality. We ship the order in extra sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transport. This is how we ensure that your order is delivered on time and in top condition.
I have received my order, but not all items have been delivered or have been damaged. What should I do?
If your order consists of several products, it may be split into several packages. In exceptional cases, there may be a difference in the day of delivery. In case of damage, we ask you to call (+31 77 465 10 95) and email (info@gratch.com) us immediately.
